If you have not got automatic updates switched on, there is a new updated today. This is to fix the bug where some users are not able to activate Vista and are blocked from logging in. There is also an optional new driver for Realtek AC97 sound if you have that.

new bug fix available
I got a driver update for one of my SATA external drives, so there are probably a lot of hardware updates pertaining to various folks. My x86 update worked fine, but a device update for my x64 Vista promptly bluescreened the computer. I suspect it was the updater rather than the patch. Reported.
